Project Description:

EBA designed, permitted and provided construction management assistance in the spring of 1998 for a 27,000 SF transfer station, a 4,300 SF household hazardous waste facility, and drop-off and reuse facilities for recyclables. EBA is Providing the Following Services: * Evaluation of alternative layouts and feasibility analysis including a study and review of existing facilities. * Preparation of final plans, specifications and bid documents for all structures and site improvementsl * Preparation of permit documentation for revisions to the Solid Waste Facility Permit, Waste Discharge Requirements, Storm Water Pollution Provention Plan, and Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate for the hazardous waste facility. * Assistance during construction, inspection and certification.
