Twin Cities Police Authority Headquarters
EBA provided civil and surveying work as a subconsultant to Glass Architects on a new police administration facility in Larkspur, California. The project was replacing an existing outdated facility on a 2-acres site adjacent to a creek and situated over an old landfill.
